Time of provision of services	You can start using the service immediately after payment has been completed. Product dossiers are usually created within the app within a few minutes to around 30 minutes of your request.
Cancellation Policy	You can cancel your subscription at any time via ‘My Account’. Even after cancellation, you will still be able to use the service until the end of the period for which you have already paid.
Returns and Refunds	Paid plans are services aimed at businesses and sole traders. Due to the nature of the service, we are unable to offer refunds once the service has commenced. You may cancel your subscription at any time and continue to use the service until the end of the period for which you have already paid.
